In recent tests, 2 identical vehicles (diesel vans) were run from new for 25,000 miles. One had a HHo conversion and the other not. When they had their heads removed at 25,000, the head that came from the van with the HHo conversion was obvious. The combustion area of the head was clean and carbonless whereas the other vans' head was already suffering from carbon build-up.
